HVAC skins live outside for 15+ years. That puts real load on the paint system, the primer, the substrate zinc, and the edge condition after slitting. Metal Master supplies pre-painted G-coat and Galvalume coil to HVAC OEMs in narrow mults or cut-to-length blanks, color-matched to the OEM's finished-goods deck and protected in transit so the paint film reaches the press without mars or edge chips.
