Senior Sales Representative
Glendale Heights, ILFull-time
Develop and grow customer relationships across OEM, fabrication, and metal-stamping accounts. Own the full sales cycle for flat-rolled steel — sales and toll processing — from prospecting through quote, fulfillment, and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Listen to customer steel supply-chain needs and build solution-based proposals
- Quote sales orders and toll processing programs, working with operations and quality
- Maintain and grow a book of business within target industries and geographies
- Coordinate inside sales, scheduling, and logistics to deliver on commitments
Qualifications
- 5+ years selling flat-rolled steel, processed coil, or related metals
- Strong knowledge of slitting, cut-to-length, and toll processing economics
- Track record of self-directed account growth in a service-center environment
- Excellent communication and customer-first mindset
