HVAC

Galvanized and aluminized for ductwork, chassis, and heat exchangers.

We help HVAC fabricators source the right gauges and coatings for ductwork, plenums, and high-heat components — and ship on the schedule your shop runs.

HVAC fabricators run high-mix, high-velocity lines: galvanized for ductwork and plenums, aluminized for high-temp components, and cold-rolled for cabinet and chassis parts. The constraint is rarely the steel itself — it is having the right gauge, width, and coating on the floor on the day the line runs.

Metal Master holds the gauges and coatings HVAC manufacturers use most: G30 and G60 galvanized for general ductwork, G90 for outdoor and corrosive service, and aluminized T1-25 for furnace, heat exchanger, and burner-adjacent components. We slit master coils to the narrow mults roll formers use, and we cut to length for the blanks fabricators stamp.

Stocking and consignment programs are common in this segment. Tell us your monthly burn rate and target on-hand inventory, and we will hold the material at Performance Master or at your facility on consignment, billed when consumed.
