JIT-ready coils and blanks for OEM and Tier 1/2 suppliers.

Mill-adjacent processing at Crawfordsville lets us hold inventory closer to the line, with stocking programs and consignment that cut your working capital.

Automotive supply chains run on tight tolerances, traceable material, and on-time release schedules. Metal Master supplies HRPO, cold-rolled, galvanized, and aluminized substrates to OEM and Tier 1/2 fabricators across the Midwest — typically against blanket purchase orders with weekly or daily releases against a stocking program at Performance Master.

Mill-adjacency at Nucor Crawfordsville is the structural advantage. Master coils move from the mill into our processing line without a long-haul carrier between them, which protects single-heat traceability and shortens lead time on rush releases when a line is short. For PPAP-qualified parts, every shipment carries the CMTR linked to the heat number on the coil tag.

Typical specifications cross our floor every week: HRPO in 0.080–0.180" for structural weldments and bracketry, cold-rolled DS/DDS/EDDS in 0.020–0.060" for body and interior stampings, galvanized G30–G90 for underbody and HVAC modules, and aluminized T1-25 for exhaust and heat-shield assemblies. Outside the standard range, ask — we can usually find a way.
