Capability
Cut-to-length steel — sheet and blank to your spec.
Coil uncoiled, leveled, and sheared to length on gauge from 0.010" to 0.750" and widths to 62", from Performance Master in Crawfordsville, IN.
Cut-to-length (CTL) delivers coil in the flat form a stamping, laser, or fabrication line actually feeds. Metal Master runs CTL at Performance Master, adjacent to Nucor Steel Crawfordsville, so incoming master coils move fast and outbound sheet or blank ships on the day it's cut for most orders.
Standard flatness is leveler-corrected to the commercial class in ASTM A568 (carbon and HSLA sheet) or A480 (stainless). For parts that must stay flat after laser cutting, stretcher-leveled material is available — see our stretcher vs. roller leveling explainer for when to spec it.
